Management Strategies, established in 1992, is a private consulting firm that provides a comprehensive and integrated approach to organizational development and capacity building through board development, strategic planning facilitation, management services, program development and evaluation. The firm also offers interim agency management and executive search, custom workshops, research and survey projects. With the addition of a higher education associate in 1997, the firm expanded its services to include feasibility studies and the design of college certificate and degree programs. |
